Unauthorised charging for Cricket Subscrciption

Hi,

Ever since I have activated 3G on my mobile phone, every monthly bill is incorrect. I have been charged for the below items repeatedly since the last 4 months continuously:

1. Subserv_Video_Mod

2. Subserv_CricketClub

3. Download of Java Games

Now, I own an android phone, so the question of me downloading Java Games is totally taken care of. Also, since 3G is activated, why would anyone subscribe to Cricket Score sms'es?

Thinking this must be a mistake from Airtel' side, I called up Customer Care and explained to them of this issue. The first time they were apologetic, and reverted back the amount that was charged incorrectly. I told them to correct this error in their system, and that If at all as per their records, they find that I have been subscribed to any of the above, asked them to strictly unsubscribe.

But the same thing repeated the 2nd month, 3rd month and this is the 4th month in succession that Airtel has not corrected the problem.

This is a big nuisance. Airtel is not even bothered to correct the errors on their side. Unfortunately, their system and processes are such that, no customer can give a written complaint to them. So, each time, there is not record to justify my case.

The point is not that Airtel reverts back the amount each month, the point is that each month I have to be very careful and scan my Bill to see if anything is aloof, in case I miss something, then it is paid as well!

I am tired and frustrated about this issue. Even in this month's Bill, the same thing is repeated. Again, i will have to call customer care and ask them to revert back the charges!!!

- Is there no responsible officer in Airtel who can take care of this issue? Is this how the Customers are treated by Airtel? I wish I could claim some compensation from Airtel for causing so much disturance and agony!

I hope this gets resolved... But knowing Airtel, I doubt if it really will. For all those who want to subscribe to 3G on Airtel, please beware, you may be charged for services which you wont even have used!!!
