AIRTEL - USELESS CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT

Hi,

AIRTEL 3G - NO USE: I am struggling to get to activate 3G signals in my USB device. (Mobile No. 9845106258) I have taken the USB 3G Device one and half month back and till date i don't get 3G signals. Do you think is this FUNNY? Yes, Several times I have walked into airtel office located in bangalore opp. to jayadeva hospitals. Similarly i made many calls to the customer care number... BUT no one is helped me to get activated the 3g connection. Its all about change in system in terms of CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Now a days no one bothered to take care customer complaints as like earlier. I can not see any senior people / representatives to handle the calls in their major offices in bangalore. As a customer dont have any option to satisfy with their calls. I shall wait for tomorrow if the problem still exists i shall shift to other service provider.
