Hi... i ve been using airtel 3g for the past 4 months without any problem, but from the past 2 weeks instead of getting 3g speeds i am getting not even 2g speeds... my handset (galaxy note n7000) shows H Sign for HSDPA but still 3g speeds are inaccessible... i ve contacted customer care many times but every time they say we are forwarding your complaint to our backend team and give certain date before which the problem should solve but they dont do anything... i m living in jawahar nagar area of srinagar and there are no issues of weak network or anything like that... i ve activated Rs. 750 3g plan and its getting wasted... and by the way ive used sims of other network providers in my handset and their 3g works superb so there is no issue of faulty handset... please look into the matter asap... thanx
