I wish to highlight problems faced using Airtel services. I had switched from Tata Docomo to Airtel through Mobile Portability Service. Without intimation in advance, my outgoing and incoming services were barred. When i enquired then i got to know that they need documents.
Within 2 days, i submitted all the required documents at the Airtel Gallery, Near Borivali (West) Stn but its been over a month and till date my number is still inactive. I dont know what to do. Whenever i go there, they assure me of activating by evening which is a fake promise.
Please help me to get my complaint address.
