Do not disturb registry

I have registered "do not disturb" in airtel customer care on 16th nov. They informed me that this will take 45 days means I will not receive any promotional calls or SMS after 31st dec. But still I receive promotional msgs from airtel. I complained again on 5th jan 11. This time they assured that nothing will come with immediate effect and my complain registration no is CDREG20105646082.

but again I recd 1 promo msgs on 6th and 2 msgs on 8th jan.

Pls do needful to sort this out.
