I am again submitting this complaint because Airtel has not resolved it yet.. And they say its resolved.. Really annoying...
Recently (13th August) i had recharged with 98 rs (My mobile no :9898888253) in Airtel to get 2 GB internet instead i got only 1 GB.. On calling customer care for the 1st time they told me that now plans are changed and for 98 u get only 1 GB, on calling for 2nd time i had been told that it is our mistake and we will resolve it from our side within 2 hrs (complaint no : 1081349901900). Nothing happened.. And even m not able to call cc from my mobile anymore.. Today i tried with my friends mobile and talked with them and a totally new story came into picture that if u recharge from retailer den u get 1 GB but if u call us and recharge den u get 2 GB.. Bullshit.. What crap... does this make any sense..
