Improper Value Added Service

When I got a message for one year pack of hello tune with the recharge of Rs. 198 which is supposed to be activated in 48 hours as per they mentioned. After reading that message I recharged with Rs. 198 and immediately I got confirmation of recharged message on my number. But when I found that it was not activated even after 48 hours which was promised by provider, I called up customer care of Airtel and the person said it will take total 72 hours.

It was still fine to go.

But it is now more than 96 hours past and it is not activated.

The main thing is I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel.

If I would know that such thing can happen in Airtel, I WOULD "NEVER" HAVE CHOSEN "AIRTEL".

Should I count it as my "mistake" that I ported from "VODAFONE TO AIRTEL"??

P.S. : If any of Airtel person is going to comment on this, please do not put any copy paste comment, if you have anything in your hand to do than write it and then send it.
