Unasked for services and balance deduction

My cellphone no is 9799318121.Airtel is deducting my balance with unasked for serivces

like frendz chat and cricket score.

When I went to the airtel outlet at the bus stand in Ajmer on 16th march, the woman just stopped the services. and promised

that i would get a message within 48 hours.

there has been no message.

please refund my money immediately.

There were atleast 20 other people on that day with the same complaint.
