MY 8yrs mobile no.9897900755 has been deactivated by local office OF BHARTI AIRTEL MOBILE SERVICES THEY TOLD ME THE REASON THAT YOUR ADDRESS verification IS NEGATIVE HOW THIS CAN POSSIBLE WHEN THIS NO I TOOK BEFORE 8 years as postpaid connection and after long time i converted it as prepaid.

below the copy of email i sent to the company customer care to resume the services and their reply to me.

I AM TO INFORM YOU THAT, I AM YOUR CUSTOMER SINCE LONG AND HAD BEEN ENJOYING BHARTI AIRTEL MOBILE NUMBER 9897900755, YOU WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION INACTIVATE THE CONNECTION ABOUT 0NE MONTH AGO. ON INQUIRY IT WAS TOLD THAT ID PROOF REQUIRED FOR THE SAID CONNECTION AND I SUBMITTED IN YOUR LOCAL OFFICE AT ALIGARH U.P. BUT TILL DATE COULD NOT GET ACTIVATE THE SAID CONNECTION. THIS NUMBER IS MOSTLY KNOWN TO MY FRIENDS, RELATIVES AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS.

We request you to walk-in to any of the nearest airtel relationship centers with the below mentioned documents and purchase a new prepaid Starter pack for an amount of Rs. 49/- as per tariff plan.

Documents required are as follows,

Airtel Prepaid Enrollment Form (APEF) to be filled

Address proof

Photo ID proof

One Passport size photograph

Form 60/61

The new connection would be activated within 04 hours and the call charges are given below:
