Dear Team,

I am using the airtel no 9815658160.

Many a time airtel deduct charges from my pre-paid sim without my knowledge.

Whenever i dial airtel complaint no 198, oprater disconnect the call after put me hold for 5-6 minutes.

Can be help me to solve the issue
