i have an airtel connection with a plan that gives me 500 messages free (national/local). in my december - january bill i was charged for these messages. when i talked to the representative i was told that on black days the messages are charged. but when i took the plan i was never told about these black days and neither did they send me any message of these telling me that if i send the messages on these days i will be charged the money. i have not paid the outstanding amount till date. now my outgoing services have been withdrawn. i am facing a lot of inconveneience from this company and my daily working has suffered due to which i am unable to concentrate on my work.
