Dear Sir/Madam,
From past one month I am trying to activate my official email account in my Blackberry 9300. I am not able to get it done.
I called customer care, everytime new person lifting the phone and giving same response to try again.
I have done below steps many times but no progress.
1. SMS to 121
2. SMS to 121
3. SMS to 121
Kindly take some action and solve my problem as soon as possible. In case of no sucess then I WILL CHANGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER with (MNP)
