To whom so ever it may concern

I am one of your stupid customers having your worst service bearing the mobile number 9949922722 for almost 4.5 Years.

Multiple attempts has made from my side regarding the network connectivity and signal problems to your customer care and I got only BS response and till now issue has not been resolved. My first compliant date is before July 4th and it is so annoying that compliant was not registered at all.

Again I made a call to your CS on July 4th and I have been told compliant not been registered, asked him to register the compliant and the service number 33014097

Few days after, I got a call from CS and confirmed me that the issue has been fixed and I will not face any problems. I know that has not been resolved still I said let me check. Issue still persists.

Again I called on July 18 to check the status about my compliant, I have been told tech dept is working on that and I asked for the time frame and they are ready to give and they are not sure.

Again I called on July 24 and asked them to connect me escalation department and spoke to Pallavi who gave me this email and ID phone number of nodal office.

I called you guys on the same day but I am able to hear only IVR as you guys closed which is very good!!

Today July 26 I spoke to Nodal office CS and I have been told I will get a response with in 48 hrs and I found that they don’t have any idea where I am facing the issue which I told CS on July 4th call about my area details along with the land mark… I am so “pleased” with that answer. Also I asked about next escalation policy if this is not getting resolved at your level and the response is “this is highest department of escalation” and I am surprised how this could be…
