9849364783 airtel ap reject my MNP request

I am using airtel no 9849364783 (prepaid). Ap. And i want to change my mobile operator. Through mobile number portability .from airtel to aircel.

And i went to aircel show room and i submit my id proof and porting charges.

But i receive a message from aircel .in that. Airtel mobile operator reject you porting.

And contact my airtel customer care and appellate authority about this issue no why you are not giving acceptance to aircel.one has respondig.

Please sir i want to change my mobile operator.from airtel to aircel
