Locked the sim without any valid reason

I bought a pre paid sim of Airtel from a local retailer near Garuda mall, M.G. road on 28 june.

mobile no. 7760879832, sim no. 89914500050076803788.

On 19th july they barred my incoming and outgoing without any prior notice or warning and asked me to resubmit the form and id proof. I did that on 20th july but they blocked my sim on 21 july.

The reason that they are giving is that the backend people called me for verification and i didn't give a response. I can't attend calls when i am in office.

They are also saying that the sim is registered on someone else's name.

I have Rs 155 balance in my sim, they are niether reactivating my no. nor giving me a new sim with same balance. There is no fault of mine in the whole scenario, kindly help me.
