I, Aditi Dubey, subscribed to the 2 Gb pack of airtel for internet services. When i accessed internet via my phone, I got a message depicting the bytes consumed, followed by balance deduction. All my efforts to contact the customer carer executives failed, and the company did not pay heed to my mails. I lost more than INR 30 INR 98 due to airtel's sloppy service and customer policies. Kindly help.
