I have been complaining about my calls disconnecting and improper internet services for the last 2 years (refer to your data base for the details). kindly note that though i am not provided with the services i have opted for i am charged for it . even after contacting the nodal officer and the appellate my requests and complaints have gone waste.these are the recent requests numbers i have. Every time i call 121, 12118, 12134 i get the same answer and response. what surprises me is a couple of executives even told me that the technical team would visit me and solve my problem but nobody has come.

Dont give me chance to lodge the compaint
