Disconnecting the call inbetween conversation

Hi

I am one of the customer of Airtel telecom services. I am Using airtel services past 5years. I am a native of Andhra pradesh, but i recently shifted to Bangalore. Here also i am using airtel provider. Due to some sim registration problem i contacted to CustmerCare services. But even though they were not providing information again they disconnected the call.

I Saw That How the reliable network Airtel is...?

So i decided to change my provider.
