Unauthorised subscription to monotone and victoria secret

I had repeatedly requested for stoping monotone, victoria secret and other promotional advts. Though confirmed thrice by messages to my mobile that unsubscribed, continue to debit my account every day. Repeated requests by phone failed, only promises. Thinking of not renewing.
