Disconnecting postpaid connection

I disconnected Airtel postpaid connection as I relocated to US. I had a very bad experience from the airtel customer care. I was told to pay my dues till date and they will stop billing then on. But in my case they kept on billing me for more than a week and I was told that amount will be deducted from my deposit. After conveying multiple times of their mistake, no one even responds to my mails. Also no idea about how the refund of the deposit will happen. They are big cheaters. So please be careful and be aware. They seem to be very nice when you take connection, but not the same when you cancel it.
