Sir i have recharged my cell phone with Rs 98/- on 1st of march. And according to this plan i should get the GPRS service for 1 month with the maximum usage of 2gb. after few days of recharging, when i checked my balance it was showing the validity till 19th of march where as it should show it till 30th of march. when i filled a complain on 18th of march and the complaint number is 0318528711, their customer care person told me that its just an technical error and my actual validity is till 30th only. Therefore i started using my GPRS without any tension. But on 21st when i checked my account they shown that the validity was already over and they have have deducted my approximately rs 60/-. And then again i called the customer care they registered my complain and told me that my money will be refunded and the validity will be extended and the complain number is 0324386744. And till today i haven't got my money back and i am also not able to browse internet in my cellphone. And now whenever i call to the customer care they don't receive my call
