Automatic Activation of Value Added services for the customers

Few weeks ago i received a message from Airtel which starts with 'BOLLY'.

I have tried to unsubscribe this service since 15th May 3 times taking help from customer care since I get 5-6 SMS's daily from this service which is not even activated by me. Some of these messages even contain vulgar content. I have kept all the responses about the customer care personnels that I received from Airtel & the SMS's which contain illicit content.

Today again I received the message "You have been renewed for 'Bolly' subscription & have been charged Rs 10". I immediately checked my a/c balance & Rs. 10 was deducted from my account.

I urge the concerned authorities to ban this Airtel Service 'Bolly' if they can't stay in legal boundaries specifies by TRAI. I expect an action to be taken immediately by AirTel before I amke my mind to take it up with Media. Airtel's prestigious service is no more a service even upto requirement!!!
