Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using my airtel number prepaid 9731456802 for few years now. I am struggling with the kind of call rates airtel is providing to its existing customer. I am almost shocked to know that Airtel is providing 50p/min (not interested in per second scheme) to its new customer along with 100 of sms free while 60p to old customers (without any free sms). Now when all providers are competing with each other with such a low call rates (tata 30p/min, reliance 1 rs for 3 mins, vodafone lots of national sms free) and other free services, airtel is harassing it customers with such a high call rates just in lieu of retaining old number. Anyways number portability is coming on Jan 20th and I don't have to get harassed by airtel. I am interested to know the statistic of lose/gain customers from other providers for airtel.
Please take it as my last complaint as a airtel user if you can resolve it (I am sure you can't:))
