Airtel Document Resubmission

Hi Airtel team,

I am using airtel prepaid mobile with number 919591494659 in Bangalore, karnataka from more than 1 year and i have submitted the documents at the time of taking connection but Now airtel is asking for document submission with new form to be filled.saying as some government rule changed.

So I submitted my document with duly signed on it with photo graphs and submited at airtel office With Application number W63014. But Still im receiving the message to resubmit the documents, While checking the status of application by SMS ' DST 9591494659 ' getting reply as ' We will Update you soon' and no other information.

Now they disconnect my service without any information. Airtel is asking for it because they are not maintaining customer document properly.

Could you please assist me in this matter.e in this matter
