The concerned Airtel Officer Incharge,

My Mobile number is 9900718514.

I am getting SMS to submit the documents related to the connection that i took almost 4 years back and i rememeber submitting all the required documents while taking the connection at that time only.

When i called your customer care in this regard to let me know which document that i submitted was not complete they had no answers.

And adding to that you guys are telling that submit it by this time otherwise your services would be barred.

This is your responsibilty to keep all the documents intact and if anything is incomplete then you must tell at the time of providing the connection itself.

You are just harrassing your customers and this is not the professional way.

A person who is bsuy all week days from morning to night, how will he get the time to resubmit the documents and that too becuase of your faults.

If my services are going to get barred then let it be as i am not intersted in using the services provided by such compaines who cannot even manage their documents and find different ways of harrassing their valued customers.
