Money got deducted without my knowledge

Hi,

My number is 9880326150.

My account had been deducted without my knowledge and I keep getting hell lot of messages. I had charged my phone for rs 250 and had not made many calls and one day when I really wanted to make an urgent call I found there is no balance in my account..They have started some kind of SMS service without my permission. I want my balance info /transaction details and unwanted deduction back.

I tried to call 121 many times, but it never connects to any custmore service officer.

Please look in the matter.
