My outgoing calls (9902269801) and messaging have been barred since 26/04 without any prior notice or anything. Further when I try to call the customer care my call never goes through and i hear a recorded message saying "Your outgoing service has been temporarily barred due to insufficient legal documents." I am surprised to see that if i had at all submitted with insufficient documents Airtel realizes that after almost 10 days??
I went to airtel office (mahadev pura branch banglore) and I have fill the APE form

And resubmitted the document (Passport) and they told me your outgoing call will be start on 3 working days. I got receipt from the airtell office with Ack no 044666 . Today 03/05 five working days has been completed and still my Outgoing call has been not started.
I have called customer care to raise the complain 3 times see below what was the reply of your customer care:
1) I am transferring call to my supervisor please hold down and I was waiting for the 10 minutes and then suddenly call has been cut
2) I had raised the your complain and I will message you a claim no. But 2 days completed I didn’t receive any message.
3) Just hold down i am writing your claim then I will tell you the claim no and I was waiting for the 10 minutes and then suddenly call has been cut
Now I want return all the document which i hadsubmitted and also i want all money back which i had invest on for this sim card if you are not able to resolve my issue by end of day.
