Moved to airtel through MNP and my incoming is not working for the last 9days.
I have moved to Airtel on 30th May midnight. From that moment onwards my incoming is not working. if anybody tries calling me it says "invalid number" "number doesnt exist"
Next day morning 31st may i placed a complaint to airtel customer care
complaint number: 37708697. This complaint is closed next day when i
called again and raised complaint.
On 1st June i raised a complaint No. 37726499. and i got a mail that
my incoming will be restored by 07-06 within 9:30. But nothing
happend so far.
This is 9th day and still i am unable to get incoming call. i tried sending mail to nodal officer, appelate authority... but still the same thing.
today i called the 198 customer care and one lady said i need to get a new sim card and then incoming will work. I bought with 50rs and still my incoming is not working.
later they say the sim card which i used so far is HL2 and i need to buy another HL1 simcard by paying 50rs then they need to block the existing sim and activate the new HL1sim then it will work.
i called the customer care in evening they are saying old requests which are closed without informing me cant be re-opend. Before closing the request they should dial me then they will get the problem. But they are so arrogant and stupid. they closed the request.
Now new request number i got is 3784 2184 and its having due date as 13th june.one more week timepass for airtel. THey are just sucking the blood of customer without service.
