This is to inform you that I am not happy with Airtel Service which I have reqeusted for. So Please disconnect my airtel broadband connect.

I visited airtel broadband showroon at indira nagar bangalore for change in ownership. They requested me to clear the outstanding balance duirng the month of July which was
Rs 623 and to submit the necessary documents for change in ownership. As per their request on 16th July I submitted all the requried documents and cleared the outstanding amount on the same date.
They took the request and confirmed that the service request number was 49076562.
I was under the assumption that in the month of July it self when the bill got generated it would be generated under the new customers name, but then when contacted the customer care people they confirmed that it will done only in the month of August.
Again in the month of August when the statement got generated it will still only under my name. When contacted the Customer care they said again I have to clear the outstanding amount for the month of August and submit the documents once again.
I said them clearly why should I do that once again since I have done the necessary in the month of July only. But none of the customer care people were able to resolve my issue.
Only during month of August again and again for this issue I have raise complaints one after the other and all of the were closed without even consulting me. The Service request numbers are 2703072, 2769520.
When I was fed up with this I finally call the Customer care people to disconnect my airtel connection, but then the lady who attended the call name Tulasi assured me that the issue will be resolved since you have given all the documents and cleared the outstanding in the month of July. She assured me only after consultaion with me the service request will be closed and she gave the service request number as 2921798.
But finally this service request also was closed without consulting with me. I explain everything clearly time and again but of no use. So i want to inform you that since I have done everything from end and its only a fault from airtel I will not pay the
outstanding amount for the month of jUly.
You can go ahead and disconnect. I dont have any issues.
My question here is what is the status of the service request 49076562 which was raise in the month of July. How was it closed. Pathatic service from Airtel. I cant pay the bill untill and unless the bill for the month of August is regenerated under the new customer name.
