Deduction of money for service which I did NOT activate

Today morning I got a mesage from Airtel, the no was AD-54321, it said: Thank You for downloading Hungama Content game from Airtel, you have been charged Rs 10 for this service.

I was sleeping at night, so how will I activate this service? I got the message in early morning. Customer Care agents refused to refund the money.

Please take note, and Airtel- refund my money.
