I had complained regarding the games being charged every day without me using it, for 2 weeks. I spoke with 7-8 agents of Airtel regarding the same. They told the games will be deactivated and the amount will be reimbursed. But the messages keep coming informing about the charges (twice daily). I called Airtel again, Poongodi (agent) refused to transfer the call to her Chaitra (supervisor) for further talking. This service sucks like hell...
