I was using Airtel postpaid connection since 2007 July in Karnataka.

2012 January I started using this conncection with a smartphone.

By mid January it came to my notice that my unbilled amount (for mob # 9902344588) has reached more than 3000 Rs which is way beyond my normal usage of ~1000 Rs.

I immediately called the customer care and mentioned the discrepancy to Mr. Sathish. But he said the unbilled details may be wrong and asked me to wait for the bill to get generated.

Once the bill got generated, I was really surprised to know that ~3200 Rs was charged for VAS (for GPRS). Immediately I raised a request SR # 41960323 to check the issue.

I have not requested for any GPRS plan. So I was charged for services which I have not requested.
