BALANCE DEDUCTION

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a prepaid customer of airtel having my number 8861847185. i have recharged my account on 28-12 at 9:09 and got a talk time of rs 249 with transaction id 1635823582. I am also having tariff of free SMS pack of Rs 52 which is valid till 8-Jan-11. Now my balance is 0 .

So please help me out in solving this issue, i could not call to the customer care because of 0 balance.
