Whenever mobile is recharged Rs 15-20 is cut from the main balance (amount is only approximate sometimes even more or less). this has been a practice since many months. I want you to take proper action... there is no customer satisfaction in your service... do take some action immediately... or else i will discontinue to take service from you... Many people have already done it. This is a proof of your quality of service...
