Was using airtel sim card in berhampur. moved to hyd but wanted to keep the number active as had plans to return to berhampur. kep regulalrly recharging. one fine morning, scren showed sim as inactive. no idea of how or why this happened. helpless outside the state now. cust card no. does not work.
