Regarding mismatch of call duration

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Mr. Ramesh consumer of Airtel Services and my mobile number is 09994499244. I was calling to number and the call duration for that number is 8min 59 seconds but the service provider has charged for 9 min and 1 sec and I launched a complaint but there was no proper response. Kindly register this complaint and settle us the same.
