i am a consumer of Airtel. i use airtel live & mobile office. on last 17 feb i make recharge of 395 on my number 9829292572. i also have a subscription of yahoo zone, for that service yahoo detect 10 rupees for 7 days. i have complaint that today i surf on yahoo. yesterday i get a message from yahoo to renewel. in these days i am using mobile office for net by computer, thats why i think that i have not need of yahoo zone now . so i surf on yahoo and make unsubscribe and come out. for just that action of 1 minutes AIRTEL BHARTI has dtect my 24 Rs. even i hv validity of 1 day more to surf on yahoo after unsubscribe, airtel customer care sayd that your balance is detect cos of your surf on Yahoo zone by bookmark.
So please tell me what should i do?
