Dear Sir/ Madam

This is regarding my post paid mobile connection that I have been using for two years. A few months back I had changed my bill plan through internet. While changing plans details given were as follows:

Plan: Airtel Freedom 249

Monthly Charges: 249

Local Calls to Airtel Mobile: 0.01

Local Calls to Other Mobile: 0.72

Local Calls to Other phones: 0.72

STD to Airtel: 0.01

STD to others: 0.72

and like wise for ISD Calls

Seeing details without unit of charging; I could make out that Airtel to Airtel is almost free ie 0.01/min. The reason for such a perception was that charges for Local Calls to other Mobile can only be 0.72paisa per minute. In believe that all charges have been given in same unit ie per minute, I changed my plan. My bill was being generated with charges 0.01Rs/sec. This came to notice when one of the customer care executive called me regarding payment of bill and I enquired of my number being over billed.

On getting this information, I called up customer care cell to Ms Nishtha, who told me that they cannot help it and I will have to pay my bill according to 0.01paisa/sec.

I have paid my bill but strongly feel that these companies are making money by fraud.
