My name is Major SB Singh. on 21 Oct i contacted airtel customer care and asked for procedure to get call details of last 6 months of my mobile. As told to me, i send messages EPREBILL to 121. Rs 50/- per request was deducted from my prepaid account (total 250/- for last 5 months). i was told that i will get details on my email within 6 hrs but it has already been 48 hrs but i have not received anything. i require details on a very urgent basis. i even contacted customer care yesterday (reference number CIBIL21022044893 dt 22 oct). i request that details may please be forwarded to me at my e-mail. Also, the amount deducted for request is too heavy. Rs 50/- overall is enough and not per month. its just a call detail that too soft copy and not paper bill. this point may also be considered and if possible, money may be refunded back.
