Fos n distribute

Sir/Madam,

i m frm anannd nagar bhopal, retailer of airtel prepaid. My shop name is AKASH AUTOMOBILES.my lapoo nu is 7898339900.

i am started a retal counter of airtel in month of september.fos is given me a lapoo sim but d sim is disconect after 5 days frm starting sim n again he is given me a lapoo but this sim is also not working, distributer n fos 1month muje false commit karte rahe. jab koi responce nahi mila phir mene zonal officer ko request di tab within one hour fos is coming n give a new sim.us problem se zm ke karan solution ho paya.

ab balance ki problem hai fos call recieve nahi karta 2-2 dino tak balance nahi aata. fos balance nahi dalta time pe.

Mr. Anil (T.M.) se baat karne per bord diwali par lagwane ka kaha tha magar abi tak nai laga. humare area me new boards lag gaye hai airtel ke magar meri shop pe nahi laga. pls resolve this matter.
