Wrong deductions

This is for mobile no: 9589191609.

Rs 30/- was deducted twice first on 3rd jan and again on 11th jan. I had not opted for any of yr services. Then why this has happened? Is it the way u fleece yr customer? Thid had happened earlier also n then u said sorry and credited tne amount. Me and my friends would b seriously thinking of leaving u.

NETWORK IS ALSO VERY POOR IN MY AREA THESE DAYS.. I EXPECT MY MONEY [ 30=30] == RS 60/- TO B CREDITED TOMY A/C IMMEDIATELY.
