Auto matic change in call rates

Hello sir

my call rates has been changed to 1.2 paisa per second from 1/2paisa per second without any prior notice and when i tried to contact customer care they have been putting my call on hold.so please help me out of the situation else i will chose any other provider with better call rates and customer care option.
