GPRS get activated Automatically and Extra GPRS charges are getting added

Hi Sir,

I am using Airtel around 2 years, I have 2 numbers. But in one my number ie 9730043378 in which from last 6 month extra GPRS are getting charged, As we called them then they told its mistake and some amount the charges and told it wont be happen again. But same mistake is getting repeated again again, GPRS get activated Automatically and they charged me for that.

Please do the needful.
