DEAR SIR.. THIS IS REGARDING THE BLACKBERRY SERVICES AIRTEL IS PROVIDING. I HAD ACTIVATED THE SERVICES ON 26TH NOVEMBER AND THE SERVICES GOT DEACTIVATED ON 26TH DECEMBER. SINCE THEN I AM TRYING TO REACTIVATE THE SERVICES BUT NOT GETTING ANY RESPONSE FROM AIRTEL. I HAVE VISITED AIRTEL GALLERIES, I AM CALLING IN THE CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL ALMOST EVERYDAY AND I HAVE BEEN TEXT MESSAGING ALSO EVERYDAY IN CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO HELP. THE ONLY THING I GET TO HEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES IS THAT THE PREPAID SERVER IS DOWN AND THE TECHNICAL TEAM IS WORKING ON IT. THEY DONT HAVE PROPER INFORMATION AS WHEN THE SERVICES WILL GET ACTIVATED. KINDLY HELP.
