I have been trying to get Airtel Blackberry plan (Tried both Personl Mail Plan and Blackberry Internet Service plan) activated. I keep getting the response "Your request for activation of RS 899/299 plan cannot be processed at the time. Please try again later." I have called up the customer care and registered a gazillion complaints about this and every single time they keep giving the response "our server is down at the moment and please try later". Get the god damn server fixed guys its been almost two weeks I am getting the same response from you guys...
If we had number portability I would have already switched to some other service provider... Very poor and unprofessional service and approach from Airtel even after repeated complaints.
