I am Airtel blackberry post paid subscriber since 29th dec and my BB services got activated on 30th dec.
But since 2nd Jan neither I am able to connect to net and nor am i able to send and get any mails. Everytime i call
7070 i get different versions from the customer service executive.. I am fed up of this.
No action has been taken so far.
Is this what you call customer care.???
I am not going to pay the bill if you do not rectify this problem immediately.
