Airtel Blackberry Service - Repeated Failed Activation

I am an airtel prepaid customer and my number is 919008796446. I recently bought a Blackberry Bold 3 mobile phone. The internet and other services are not getting activated. I checked the website and i sent an sms to 121 saying airtelbb. Even after repeated attempts, my activation has not taken place. I have called 121 and the customer care executives have absolutely no idea about BB Services. The purpose of buying a blackberry is lost if there are no BB services activated. Their customer care is pathetic and they have no value of the customer queries.

I am unable to activate the monthly Rs.399 (Unlimited emails (POP/IMAP) Instant Messaging Internet Browsing)

Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful.
