Sudden stopping Blackberry services

Hi,

My Blackberry services for number 09501012750 has been stopped since 7th Aug 11:07 AM onwards.

I am currently in roaming and unable to get the important official mails on my cell, due to which company business is impacted.

This is repeated issue and happening every time whenever I am moving out of Punjab.

Please justify the reason and let me know what action has been taken to resolve the issue?

I may be approaching for alternative options on this issue, in case not being justified.
