Airtel gprs activation not according to my choice

My Airtel prepaid connection No. is 9973854755. I use GPRS pack of rs 98/= every month but today airtel has activated rs 60/= pack validity 14 days automaticaly without informing me. Today evening when i called up airtel customer service about this matter the gentleman told me that hum log kewal suneno ke liye baithe hai aapka plan change karne ke liye nahi baithe hai aapko jaha complain kana hai karo

I am shocked to hear such iresponsible type of comments from the indias top most mobile service provider AIRTEL

Please help me to get my refund or change my GPRS TARIFF since it is unfair with me.
