Charges applied w/o my knowledge

Hi,

I am Gouresh Mulgaonkar. My airtel cell# is 9967450042. Two days back, i have recharged my a/c with Rs.205. In two days time, they have deducted Rs.55 against their services w/o my knowledge. How come they can apply charges against my account w/o my knowledge. This had happened many times. I tried calling customer care number, but always in queue. I never got chance to speak to customer care executive.

I want my refund back. This is not the question of 55 rupees. Otherwise i will have to go to consumer court.
